Vivek has a rich practicing experience of more than 20 years and for him the spirit of the implementation of specific law is important to bring practical and legally sustainable solutions on the table. A distinguished merit holder throughout in his academic career, Vivek passed his LL.M in the year 1997 from the University of Pune and had his basic grooming from Pune based leading labour law practitioner Advocate Shri. R Y Joshi.

For a short stint he has also worked as senior law officer for University of Pune and Tata Motors. Due to his corporate as well as court exposure, he understand the challenges of his corporate clients in a better way. While providing legal solutions to his clients, he has handled all sorts of cases including civil, criminal, co-operative, educational, writ petitions and consumer matters and has appeared before Labour and Industrial Courts, DRTs, Tribunals, Bombay High Court in all kinds of Appeals and revisions. His rich experience has helped many corporate as well as individual clients to resolve their legal challenges in expeditious manner. He also delivers guest lectures on variety of legal topics and is associated with IBS Pune, a reputed Management Institute run by ICFAI University as visiting faculty for Business Laws. Vivek loves singing and playing harmonium in his leisure time.

Machindra is a rare blend of professional who is not only a qualified lawyer but also a Human Resources professional. He strongly believes that one should take the recourse of bringing a case to the court for establishment of legal right and not for status. While championing the cause of organizations wherever he has worked during his corporate tenure he has relentlessly worked in establishing culture of governance and ethical people practices for the organizations.

Machindra is an expert in the area of employment and criminal law and has handled many cases in courts including labour and industrial courts, central government industrial tribunals and various High courts. His approach towards bringing amicable winning solutions for complex industrial relations issues for organizations have helped many organizations in avoiding legal and reputational challenges. He has also delivered many sessions on code of conduct, equal opportunity and diversity management, gender harassment issues, separations without tears, Balance of Power and Compliances etc. Machindra loves trekking and has done some adventurous treks in Sahayadri Mountain as well as in Himalayas.
